About me

Hi, I’m Felipe Vareschi, I’m a sound engineer who embraces unconventional musical practices. My love of music has led me to explore how sounds in an ecosystem can connect people, technologies and objects in a unique soundscape with different musical languages.

My passion for musical storytelling powers my ambition to make sound more accessible to people. As a musician, I do this through my live performances, and as an engineer, I enable this by helping artists get their music in front of new audiences.

Working with people who see creative work as a collaboration is key for me to work at the highest level. Collaboration and communication between the artist and me are essential in order to understand the unique challenges and opportunities of their project.

  • If you are a musician, label or sound artist looking for audio engineering for your project, then Mastering is the right service for you! Mastering will help you get your tracks to release-ready status Digital, Streaming and Vinyl.

    If you are designing a product, experience or installation, then creative consulting is made for you. I will help you level up the way you engage with sound and help you use sound as a core part of your identity.   • I work with a wide variety of international artists working in many genres. I primarily work with artists who want their creative vision to be brought to the mastering process. Mastering should, first and foremost, follow the creative voice of the artist.

    A large part of my mastering work focuses on experimental sound practices. The more unconventional and unique the style, the better!

  • In short:

    • Remove any heavy limiting from your master bus (you can send a limited version as a reference)

    • Ensure you are not clipping the master channel

    • Render at the sample rate you have recorded and mixed in

    • Export in 32 Floating Point .wav if possible

    • Ensure there are no clicks, phase issues, clipped audio or render errors in your export

    • Name your file with your artist name, track number and track name\

    • Upload your files to my wetransfer page or any other upload site along with your references
